- Easy Mall operates as a multi-vendor platform. Sellers are independently responsible for their products, descriptions, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Buyers are responsible for verifying product details, pricing, and terms provided by sellers.
5. Payments and Wallet Services
- Users can deposit funds into their digital wallet and transfer funds among Easy Mall users.
- Transactions through the wallet are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in our return policy.
- Easy Mall is not responsible for user-to-user transaction disputes but may provide mediation assistance upon request.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Sellers must clearly state shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Easy Mall provides local delivery services within Tachileik, Myanmar, following the guidelines specified on our shipping information page.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Electronics may be returned within 7 days from receipt.
- General goods can only be returned immediately upon delivery inspection by Easy Mall staff.
- Refund processes follow the guidelines outlined in our return policy.

- Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information.
- Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
